data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Esse sensor serve para coletar informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a queima de combust\u00edvel e enviar ao ECM do motor.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-746 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/mte-thomson.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/triangulo-sensor-oxigenio.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"141\" height=\"113\" \/>Motores de combust\u00e3o interna (Ciclo Otto, Diesel ou GNV) s\u00f3 conseguem funcionar se houver oxig\u00eanio, combust\u00edvel e calor (combust\u00e3o ou queima \u00e9 uma rea\u00e7\u00e3o exot\u00e9rmica, ou seja, ocorre de dentro para fora). Sem esses elementos n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel obter a explos\u00e3o interna necess\u00e1ria para o seu funcionamento.<\/p><p>Mas o grande desafio est\u00e1 em obter a mistura ideal entre combust\u00edvel e comburente, no caso o oxig\u00eanio, chamada de mistura estequiom\u00e9trica (Fig.02), onde entra a Sonda Lambda mostra sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o, medindo a quantidade de oxig\u00eanio resultante da queima. Se a mistura estiver pobre (entrada de oxig\u00eanio maior que de combust\u00edvel) ou rica (entrada de combust\u00edvel maior que de oxig\u00eanio), o Sensor envia um sinal el\u00e9trico (Milivolts) a unidade gerenciadora da Inje\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica (ECU ou ECM). A sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o baseia-se na altera\u00e7\u00e3o das propriedades da cer\u00e2mica a altas temperaturas permitindo a difus\u00e3o do oxig\u00eanio do ar.<\/p><p>Opera em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da diferen\u00e7a da concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de oxig\u00eanio entre o g\u00e1s de escape e o ar externo, gerando-se uma tens\u00e3o de 50 mV at\u00e9 900 mV.<\/p><p>A sonda tem uma limita\u00e7\u00e3o: para iniciar o seu funcionamento e \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que esteja aquecida a cerca de 300\u00b0C. Nas sondas mais antigas eram os pr\u00f3prios gases de escape que as aqueciam, tornando-se necess\u00e1rio aguardar v\u00e1rios minutos at\u00e9 que o sensor pudesse ser colocado em funcionamento.
